Accounts Clerk

We are now looking for a highly motivated and competent candidate to join us:

Responsibilities

To monitor clients’ portfolio and case schedules;
To provide recommendations to clients for improvement of accounting/tax planning and management system
To work in clients’ office when required;
Prepare ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree holder in accountancy or related courses
At least 2 years accounting hands-on experiences in CPA firm is definitely an asset;
Customer-oriented, independent, self-initiative, team player and problem solver
Flexible and able to demonstrate rapid learning capability and work under pressure;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in written and spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin) is essential;
Proficiency in MS office (especially for Excel) and accounting softwares in QuickBooks/ Peachtree.
Immediately available is preferred
